The answer would be YES, if you would live in Germany but is unfortunately NO when you live in North America! Another friend of mine here in the Northern VA area has multiple crews putting lots of tile and Ditra over OSB in new construction jobs. I can’t rip up the OSB subfloor. I would also use Flex bond when install the tiles. It WILL NOT work with either of those, due to the fact that they expand way too much when they get wet, which would cause the tile to pop, and it wouldn't take to long to happen, either. The osb will help stabilize and level the subfloor, as this is extremely important for hard tile to avoid shifting and cracking. That's where a membrane like Ditra comes in. Now the "regular" labour costs + materials begins. Your idea to install underlayment over the OSB may work for a while, but once the floor is put into use and begins to flex, the tiles or grout joints are likely to show signs of cracking.
